1. Don't judge
The girl whom you saw wearing suit- salwaar today, you laughed at her, called her super sanskari wife material. She felt bad but little do you know is about how conservative her family is, the surroundings she has been living in for years.
The clothes for you are a prototype for judging what her character is like, really?
You never know what the other person is going through. Go ask them once what they feel, and your whole conception of looking towards them will change.
Always think about the consequences of your actions. Actions that do not break somebody's heart, actions that do not disrespect somebody's feelings.
2. Say what you feel
"It takes sadness to know happiness and absence to value presence".
One keeps suffering in silence, thinking their problems can't be solved either way.
Correct yourself, if you think this way. When in trouble or sadness, asking for help is what will take you out of the discomfort and this is the easiest option. Asking for help is difficult but once you do it, the problem gets solved in the simplest manner possible.
Do not keep dying inside alone, that's the worst thing to happen to somebody. Seek help. Try at least once, and you will notice innumerable hands, to pull you from the dark and take you to the radiance.
3. Overcome your fears and Let go of the past
I have seen people being anxious, afraid of taking a risk, uneasy in letting go, troubled in loving, fearful of failures, worried of disappointments but I have also seen people being stronger and overcoming their fears.
What it requires is an attitude for the good.
Don't ever let anything stop you, most importantly your past.
If not defeated, it will continue to disturb you.
Do not let the gone and your fears halt your way, fear is something meant to conquer and win not to stop your happiness. The past is to withstand, not to live with.
4. Stop expecting in the future
Most of us get disappointed when our expectations are not met.
We expected things to fall in place, thought someone would do something; but get hurt when it does not come that way.
There is a mantra that most of the crazy, successful people opt for " Do not expect", do what you wish to without thinking of the outcomes that will be created.
Learn to let go and accept the present without predicting the future.
If you want results of your choice, work according to them. Put every ounce of hard work in the present, to gain the required results because you can't harvest mangoes if you plant apples.
Work according to the results you desire; do not just expect results, make them happen yourself.
5. Listen to your heart
The head is above the heart biologically, but there are times in life when you have to decide to listen to your heart.
You commit a mistake. The head will keep on telling you it's not your fault, but deep down your heart knows what wrong you are doing.
And this, the voice of the heart is what tells you the truth.
To solve a turmoil, you toss a coin in the air to decide. The outcome may pr may not be as per your choice but what you really need is the outcome you hope for, while the coin is in the air. That's what your heart wishes for.
Listen to it.

Everything seems hard until you take the first step. Being afraid is totally fine, but do remember there are people who are lucky to have you, who wish to see you happy. And they will always be there for you, no matter what. Commit mistakes, fall down, take help but get up again...do not ever give up on life. LIFE IS TO LIVE . Don't think of starting living it one day, make today DAY ONE.
